THE LITTLE HARE Lodge

-- Eco-holidays  --

WELCOME TO THE LITTLE HARE LODGE

The little Hare offers a peaceful retreat from the fast pace of modern life.  A well-appointed and beautiful weatherboarded lodge with stylish interiors and an airy vaulted ceiling.  Set in the village of Richards Castle, the Little Hare is perfectly located to enjoy the varied delights on its doorstep, from the great restaurants and independent shops of Medieval Ludlow to the rural bliss of North Herefordshire, with its picturesque and expansive landscape.

As advocates for nature we have created the solar-powered Little Hare as a haven for wildlife, with its own private and enclosed garden, in which you can spot a wealth of wildlife including Hedgehogs, newts, and a wealth of bird life (see the nature tab for more details on who lives in the garden) including the Owls who can be heard most evenings, and occasionally fly over.  We also nurse and over-winter poorly hedgehogs and from time to time these other guests will be available to greet. With a resident botanist, the garden is also home to some beautiful flowers.
